366 days ago I decided to start writing about my huge Film collection as I watched them. Now 74 DVDs later various film nights & 16 trips to the cinema we have arrived at the blogs first birthday.

Originally called The Film Blogs we eventually became Popcorn For One Film Reviews earlier in 2016. We’ve handed out some awards & ranked top 5 & 10 of films. We’ve also completed some film collections, I have all of Marvel (as of this moment) all of Bond & Katniss. There’s been a lot of tears, laughs & edge of seat stuff.

There’s been some bad films that we’d rather forget about (I’m looking at you 50 shades). 

Also the retro films like Spice World, & my v+ box on demand has had a good run out.

Iv even invested in an Odeon Limitless card so that I can see films once work is over (unless there’s football iv got nothing to rush home for) & seen some films that I never thought I would.

Some films have been worth the hype others not so & some were random.  Some have been deserving too.

More importantly we saw Leo finally win an Oscar… yes it did actually happen (I still have the Oscar’s to watch in one sitting life’s just got in the way unfortunately).

Iv written a top 10 films bellow of everything I’ve seen this year, not just of the film list but of the whole collection so far up to film 74 as that’s where the year stops. (My top 5 films may not be in the list as they are too good for it)
