Yes i did copy & paste the film title from online im not writing all of that out.

Sorry im late to the Borat 2 party, mama got prime for Christmas for shopping & to watch the football, so as we have it we may as well watch Borat & Sound of Metal ( im sure they wont want to watch that tho) So yah were 6 weeks behind the rest of you but im so excited to be so cringe.

I laughed far too much than i should of. It was the perfect tonic i needed to try & solve the hell that is 2020. But i laughed & almost cried & it was just so ahhhhhhhhh.

Lets talk about the star of the show… THE FAX MACHINE GUY! He was the best bit of the film & he just made me smile throughout & the fact they went back to him again & again was just amazing. HE stole the show & id happily watch Borat faxing people with him for 90mins. What a find what a guy.

Maria Bakalova had a lot to live up to as his daughter, but wow she was a revelation. I know that the film is so extreme & everything but when its just Borat doing the stupid things thats fine, hes created the character he knows what hes got to do. I know its a job & everything but some of the things he makes her do are sooooooo over the top & mad. The Period Blood dance for example. Maybe dont watch that with your parents that was the one time i felt really awkward watching it with them. Not even the selling of her, or the baby or the plastic surgery but that moment, that was the most cringe. Good on her for doing it. There was no shame there.

Her baby sitter was a star too, she was fabulous. A proper nice every day person who was exactly what the film needed. It needs some normal nice people & not just the whackos in it to make it more normal & more relatable. Im so happy shes done so well after this has been released.

Sacha as always is just amazing & stunning & just makes you go this is so wrong but that makes it all sooooooo right. Borat has always been there in my life since i was about 10 years old so to see him come back & have an epic adventure once a gain brought some nostalgia back to my life & made me feel very happy.

Giulliani… That was so wrong… so wrong…. but oh wow. You just sat there watching it going you are really gonna do this mate oh god. I know he was always going to break in to stop it, but bloody hell. Its just so awkward & you really do scream at the Tv going no dont do it girl he is a slime ball (im being polite think my actual words for him would get my blog taken down & me reported to the FBI). just stop please.

Mike Pence face when he turns up at the rally is just so disapproving & like how dare you, you are so bellow me. How he got in with that outfit, which looked so convincing & then got into that meeting without being stopped before getting through the door was a bloody miracle. Those secret service people were not very nice were they. It wasnt like he got next to pence with her.

The guys he moves in with with their conspiracy theories … wow! I mean i know some Americans are stupid but he hit that jackpot there, he really did hit the jackpot with them. I know some of those theories people really do believe in but they were still willing to take the guy in to protect him & then they talk to his daughter, what an amazing guys. Seriously they are idiots but wow.

The idea of Borat being patient Zero for Covid is a master stroke it really is & that Tom Hanks cameo oh wow, really didnt see that coming, but what an idea to bring him back with.

When he goes to die and meets those lovely Jewish ladies, thats the most wholesome lovely moment of the film. Its just beautiful. I love it. It shows that the world is a good nice place in amongst all the madness & sorrow & anger happening right now.

The Borat fancy dress costume is brilliant, thats amazing. I really do hope that is a real thing in that shop & want just put there for the film.

I love how he grows closer to his daughter & in the end will do everything to protect her even if it means he dies. Its just amazing & so heart-warming. As a daughter myself i know my pops would do whatever it takes in the world to protect me & my sister. So im glad he realised she was the best.

Its not everyone cuppa tea is it, i am fully aware of that. But i bloody love Borat. I always have & i always will, & im so glad he came back so strong & epic & just being Borat, in difficult circumstances.

It really was the tonic i needed for 2020. Thank you Sacha, you beast of a man.
