Well we got here at last. Was a little while coming but we got to this point. Maybe it was destiny you know after all it is the grate Tom Hiddlestons birthday today, even if he is in Plasticine from. Its still Tom Hiddleston, nothing comes between me & him.
So its friday, works over for another week, so lets go see if i can see the film this time. Hopefully the odeon dont cancel it this time. No they havent yay were winning the battle people. Whoop whoop. It does need to finish  in good time though, were going out for Mama Popcorns birthday at 8pm ( her birthday was November by the way but we cant really go out twice in a week can we). So this film being on at 5 means we should be done by 7 right.
There were 4 other people in the cinema with me in screen 8. A mum & her 8 year old boy & an older couple (late 40s early 50s ish) & me that was it. Bit odd but still cool.
Trailer wise, i really want to go & see Peter Rabbit, it looks really good poor old Donhal, he keeps getting beaten up in these films at the moment not fair. There was a shaun the sheep space film that looked odd & i cant remember what the other trailer was. Didnt grab my attention anyhow. It was a bit odd really all the adverts & trailers were done by 5:12pm wtf thats no time at all. I mean good on em i dont want to sit through load of adverts, but the film had started by 5:15…
The film was on point. Some people & critics have said the film is too old fashioned & that its not hi-tech enough & looks dated. ITS AN ARDMAN ANIMATION WITH STOP-MOTION CAPTURE THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE FUCKING FILM!!!!!! sorry those 3 people who slagged it off for those reasons just dont appreciate the craft. As a child who was brought up with Ardman & Wallace & Gromit, it was just what i wanted. I want it to look dated & to see a finger print on someones back. I want the charm & the love from the care of making this film. Thats what i need & if you just think its a bit backward in creating an Ardman film, then you should be stripped of being a reviewer as you just dont get it.
Redmayne & Hiddleston voices were brilliant & they were captured so well in there models. Both were brilliant. The supporting cast too, was just name after name  after name turning up constantly. All wanting to be in an Ardman film. It just kept getting richer & richer & the film got better for it.
I love the fact the cockroach at the start put on little sun glasses, it was a nod back to the wrong trousers. & the rabbits, the rabbits are back. Ardman Rabbits are just sooooooooo cute im going to go find mine from WearRabbit. I love them its those eyes & the noises they make. So lovely little bundles of joy.
Hognob steels the show though. Like with Sing i didnt know i needed Nick Parks little pig in my life. HE just won everything. Hes the next stage of Gromit isnt he. I love him what a brilliant character for someone who doesn’t speak at all.
There were time when i was properly belly laughing at stuff & felt bad for the other 4 people in the cinema as i was loving it & no one else was laughing. so i just lowered myself down into my seat & when i went to properly laugh bit on my fingers to stop myself. Its not fair on those other 4 people is it if im laughing constantly.

It was a proper good laugh & reminiscing film for a friday afternoon. I absolutely had an amazing time. & i got some free stickers for my friends daughter she will love them.
Go & see this people. Its a lovely funny joyous 90 minutes of your life that you will not regret, especially if you grew up with Ardman. Trust me its worth every single fucking penny. It just filled me with joy & pride. Loved it. Perfection of the highest quality.
