I can’t move iv done something to my ankle no idea what we’re saying its sprained or twisted hopefully not broken. Going to the doctors on Monday to get it sorted. So we’ve watched Gotham & now I’m going to watch a film so mum has gone upstairs & got my copy of Iron Man 3 so my dad can finally watch it at last yay. Thank god
I know iv reviewed these a bit out of order with marvel but iv seen them all in the right order so I don’t care you will all just have to cope.
The least super hero super hero film ever. It’s a bit random & to political & sciencey. Phase 2 didn’t start well I’m sorry but it didn’t.
Robert Downey Jr unfortunately does at time looks like he is there for a pay cheque & is no longer enjoying being stark. The whole thing seems like they didn’t know what else to Sopwith iron-man but knew they had another solo film to make so just went oh that will do.
Gwyneth Paltrow sorry but her Pepper Potts is to whiny & irritating & I just don’t get on with her. I’d rather live with Tony than her despite all his flaws & his ego.
My mate (Guy Pearce(we will get to that another day when I watch the appropriate film)) is a good villain especially with his retro hair to start, but he’s not a real.super villain which kinda degrades him a bit. Yes all bad guys want vengeance, but if he knew this wasn’t going to really work why bother come up with a better idea.
I’m shocked Ben Kingsley agreed to do his role was he just desperate to become part of the mcu. Also it’s a huge cop-out that he’s only an actor & not actually a terrorist.
And as always Paul Bettanyes Jarvis is a sarcy little Shit, but is the ultimate voice of reason. Jarvis should get more oh of a chance than he should maybe he should become a super hero as he does all of Tony’s work for him.
The kid that is in his shed is really sweet, i love him im glad he got everything he ever wanted & had the support in the end.
The saving the politicians on the plan was a brilliant scene, it really was going down & you really did think it was Tony right up until that last second.
The ending kinda sucked, that pepper didnt die, im sorry but it did. It should be Tony that gets the final say and not her. Also his decision to not build anymore and destroy all the suits yet in a few films time hes got a couple again wtf?!
Phase two of the MCU didnt start with a bang, there are greater storys they go on to tell. This one just seemed like they wanted to use Robert Downey Junior for one more while they still definitely had him. If they had more time & thought about this & done the film later in phase three it could have been a bit better.
