so lets salvage double bubble monday shall we. First film was so dire that i need a pay off right now & if i dont get one oh man, im going to be angry.

Screen 1 had about 20 people in it id say couldnt have been any more. Did mean that when you laughed you felt awkward as no one else was or they were all feeling awkward too.

There was 1 advert for an audi & then we got trailers yay. They were the same as the one before, we had the hate u give though instead.  But other than that it was nice to just have trailers & no adverts at all.

& then the film started… & my faith in film has been restored (slightly i mean this isnt winning  or getting nominated for any oscars is it) but it has.

Okay its not as much fun as the trailer, there arent many film that are anymore. But it did leave some absolute gold for people who have gone to see the film. Its not all just in there to get you in & then thats it youve had the joke for free. There was one moment i was laughing so much that i did feel that i wasnt going to stop. If you’ve seen it you know when. The prison thats all im saying.

Kevin Hart is just soooooooooooooooooo good like i know hes good but usually he is name number two in films (sorry Kevin but its true) but here it was his baby & he nailed it. It helps the Tiffany Haddish is so good too. They properly bounced off each other which made it more enjoyable. & the fact that they dont have to be in a relationship too for it to work is even better.

& thats not even thinking about the supporting cast. All good names, all people you would expect to see in this film (except one) but all brought it too. Everyone really does bounce off each other & make it look like it was a good film to be on, & it came across so well it made it a better movie.

I love the morals & the positivist about the film too. Just keep going & you will get it & the fact that what goes around does come around & then you feel guilty for it happening & even the bully in it you couldnt be too mad at. A proper lesson for all walks of life. Just be you & try your best its all we can ask.

Some of the stunts & escapes & set ups are way over the top & completely out of context & not needed & are too over elaborate. But i loved all of them There were some cringe moments when you go oh really, but they knew when to stop & not go to far with it. It wasnt just for the sake of it, which is reassuring. Often films like this go in the other direction.

His best mates good too normally side characters like that i dont need so much but i wanted more interaction with him in this film, to build up the finally for when we got to it.

At the end of the day this film is a solid comedy to sit & watch with a pizza & partly pay attention too. This may not set the world on fire & isnt the best comedy of the year but its not to be sniffed at & if you like Kevin Hart this will be perfect.

I mean after all you have Kevin Hart dressed up in a chicken suit trying to sell Christian Fried Chicken & going to work in said suit on a bus… be honest who doesnt want to go & see a film with that in it?
