Yep you read that correctly a today August 20th, Popcorn for One’s twitter page was up & running (of sorts). Not much happened to start with & then we got things moving.

Its not as well used as i would have liked it to have been but, you know, life sometimes does get in the way, but that being said i’m proud of it. we now have 50 followers on there without flouting ourselves about too much most have found their own way to us.

Quotes of the day have been going well too, im sure there is more than one that i have used more than once, and i always try to keep it up-to-date so quotes fit the feel for the day or if there is an event on.

So while i have you here reading about our page, i thought i would just update you on a few things so we can move forward to the next 50 followers (ish you know ideally id like more but i know im not everyone’s cup of tea.)

So as you can see there’s a new clapper board for pictures & all the cinema club ones have the film posters next to them. Ideally im turning all the cinema club ones into a feature wall in my house & update them every so often.

Im also going to finish the top 5 & 10 film charts per year up to 2012 (as anything that soon afterwards is hard to properly rate yet) & start doing some more charts like the Robin Williams one from last week & the Jason Bourne & Marvel ones with updates.

I’d also like to look at doing some more trailer review & also if theres a film that i think i could have done better, especially in parts & if i’ve read the book to see if you all agree.

There will be more polls, and hopefully one off events, and cultural stuff.

Ideally in the long run which is a little while away i would like to start doing a monthly podcast which you can down load about what i’ve seen in the last month, that way that will be more up-to-date than this, and you can hear that & then come here for the rest. But this is something that is a bit far away at the moment but that the eventual goal.
