Spoilers however I think I really am the only person in the world who has watched this film.

I am also the person in the world who has watched this film the most. I brought it when i was 17, and doing photography/art at college, and was looking into Retro art, when i heard about this film about Andy Warhol. So at like £5 in HMV i brought it.

If you look online at this film you will see negative review and how the film is degrading and not a true respect of what actually happened (including the Dylan bit) but i really enjoyed this film.

My mate Guy Pearce plays a nasty piece of work which is Andy Warhol, but oh my good do i still wish he was still alive so i could meet him. He really did define art for that generation, and though it may have been subjective it was still brilliant. Guy make you hate him so much but also you cant help the fact that its lovely Guy Pearce in the role & that hes just nailing his performance.

Sienna Miller plays complicated Edie Sedgwick, who moves to New York to per-sure her life as an artist. She plays her really well, making her bossy and naive at the same time. As well as this she narrates her life as a flash back from the hospital she is in because of the exploits.

Hayden Christensen turns up for all of 10min its enough time for him to take his clothes off twice which is never a bad thing. He is also in the film long enough to make Edie realise that Andy is taking liberty, despite her not realising at first, and for Bob Dylan to file a law suit against the film.

Jimmy Fallon also pops up in it as Edies friend which is completely random, but he is really good. Not a bad job actually.

The film doesn’t have a happy ending. Edies after getting out of a life of drugs booze prostitution & abuse, ends up in rehab. She then dies of too much drugs & alcohol from over the year. Which makes Warhol sad, but dies make him regret.

A good film which i enjoy which probably no one else does. If i’m honest i quite like it that way, it makes it like its just mine & mine only.
