The Lou of advertising is very strong. Well it is for this film for the last year man nuts almost every time iv been to see a film there’s been a trailer for this film. So I’ve become invested in this movie which means I had to go & see it, meaning I broke my read the book before you watch the film rule again.
Trailer wise was standard a random film about the space race with Kevin Costner & Jim Parsons’s was different to usual I’m not sold on going to see it though. Again there was a trailer for the accountant & also war on Everyone which I felt very smug at knowing I’ve already seen it. The thing that freaked me out tho was there was a trailer for trolls which was directly followed by Fifty Shades Darker. Surely that’s sending out the wrong message for kids.
I’d say the cinema for the opening showing & a meerkat movie day was 3 quarters full which is pretty good. Lots of partners who had been dragged along by there other halves tho.
I really wish I had read the book first what a film. It kept me guessing lots & lots & lots I did change my mind as to who did it 4 times but my first guess was the right one which really pissed me off that I didn’t stick to it & then when I realised before then that it was them before the reveal moment I was going omg.
Emily Blunt was amazing I believed her as Rachel so much. Lots of people said shes to pretty for the role which i will now be robbed of when i read the book.At least her train always ran on time.
There were so many questions to answer & things to think about that made this a epic thriller. So im going to leave my cinema club review here… your all now going to have to wait for this to come out on DVD & for me to buy & read the book before i actually give you a definitive answer.
Unlike the two people who left the cinema behind me who didnt have a fucking clue what had happened & didnt get it… its not Christopher Nolan people!!!
