Bday ba ba ba I’m loving it.

Plane film number 2, iv Now swapped seats with Dad his screens not properly working which means he can’t pause or rewind if he misses something. So knowing I’m likely to just sit & watch I’m now in his chair.

The founder is about the guy who founded the McDonald’s empire & exactly how many times he stepped on to take an idea that someone else had & claim it as his own. & how many people he pissed off on his way to the top.

Turns out he upset everyone, absolutely fucking everyone. I had no idea before I watched this that it wasn’t his & he stumbled upon it while trying to sell his milkshake machine.

The academy needs to start handing out Oscars for your body of work over the year & not just one performance, because if they did Michael Keaton would win it for this year hands down by a country mile. Every film I’ve seen him in this year he has stolen the show & just owned & worked it. Give that man a god damn Oscar academy please(unless he’s up against Gary Oldman this year that’s his no one can take that off him).

I love the fact he kept changing his company name to get it as close to McDonald’s as possible before eventually buying it. As an accountant & knowing what people do I found that really funny.

I like the flash back when they try to redesign there kitchen that was kinda cool with all those people walking around it.

I also like the fact that with real story films they tell you what happens to everyone in the end & is going on today, but never expected a milkshake to make an appearance at this point. That was clever as you’d kinda forgotten about that.

Never in a film unless they ever make a 24 film will there ever be so many phone arguments followed by slam downs & hang ups.

It gave me an insight into the company that I didn’t know, but when I saw it even if it had been amped up for the silver screen I really wouldn’t have put this stuff past them or any company of that size.

Welcome Michael Keaton keep going you will get an Oscar soon I’m sure of it just not this year tho please.
