New Content on Netflix Alert. New content that last year i saw trailers in the cinema for so i have been looking forward to this for a little while. I am really hoping this is going to be epic & stunning & leaves me going wow, that has been worth the wait.

Going to try & do this like Cinema Club as i know some of you want to watch this okay.

I wanted more. I really wanted more, it started off good then it got dark then it got weird then it lost its way, then we had a twist that i wish id seen coming, then it got very dark & then predictable (i worked it out earlier on some of you might not) & then ended. & i just sat there feeling i need more drama when we just got past the oooh okay. I was glad it wasnt full on horror but i wanted more twists & i wanted a not so predictable villain.

I mean im not saying they were crap in this film Amy Adams & Gary Oldman act there arses off & so does Anthony Mackie to a certain extent. Its just the way that when it lot its way it really did & it got a bit boring but didnt build or add anything too much.

The police in this film were crap. They really were. So was her psychiatrist. Basically they all tried to help she said no, then said yes & then they didnt go brill lets put an intervention in. & with the phone at the end… omg.

The Skylight… we all worked that out right.

The way everything was shoot looking at the building opposite & how you saw what was going on in there really was peaking through. You did feel like you were being nosey & being intrusive.

Was the cat okay?

When a twist happened half way through i was like oh why didnt i see that coming & was angry at myself as i should of worked it out. However because i worked out the end & who did it & who the people were it wasnt shocking for that reveal. I was mean to feel a certain emotion by all the supposed twist but didnt.

come properly grotty & bloody bits through out but not enough to make you feel sick or too shocked (except the pitch fork).

I just wish it had testing my mind a bit more & made me feel more uncomfortable that it did as it had potential to do so. It was good & id like to watch it again so i can go & do my easter egg & fact collecting while watching, & to see if its better the second time around. Im hoping it is as i now know what to expect.

But yea a bit of a let down on a first viewing i wanted more thriller to this film.
