Spoilers ? 

Surely everyone with a basic knowledge of Les Mis knows what happens in this & surely everyone has knows this. So Spoilers really.

Lets get the obvious out of the way then Anne Hathaway did deserve her Oscar for dreaming a dream, but Hugh Jackman did too. His Jean Valjean was amazing. he just nailed it & he made me cry twice anyone who can do that deserves an Oscar. 

Bring him home is one of the most emotive bit of cinema of all time up there with the first 15mins of Up! I blub like a baby when anyone sings it apart from when i actually went to see the play recently, i was so in the moment listening to the song that i only half cried when it was sung, but full on blubed when he died, as i do when i watch the film.

I wonder if when filming this they all sang all the time at home too, going like where is the milk im going down the shop, do you need some chocolate.

There was one thing i couldnt get me head around and that was Will from W1A is apart of the revolution, no no no he should be running the BBC not fighting a war.

Eddie Redmayne of course is amazing, when is he not, i know he only turns up half way through but he is amazing, and i do fall a little bit in love with him in this as hes to blinded, to see the truth & what was there all along.

Tom Hooper directs it & shoots it perfectly, the songs are on point the costumes are perfect & at no point do i feel like im watching a modern film, it really does look & feel like it was made at the time it was set. Forget that they are all famous actors, i do believe they are who they are.

The barricade looked so much fun i would love to be on that to film that scene, it looked amazing a lot of hard work but oh wow. its so worth it.

If you like your classics & musicals & just wonderful films where you know what going to happen, you will love this to bits, as i do. Dream your dream peoples, its so worth it.
